I am a chartered Cilex Litigator with advocacy and practice rights, working in the Dorset area since 2015. I joined Porter Dodson in April 2023.

I am a property litigation specialist and provide advice to individuals, businesses and organisations on a variety of aspects of residential property disputes and commercial property disputes. These can typically range from landlord and tenant matters, including Notices, Proceedings and Court attendance; Tolata Proceedings and advice regarding equity entitlement and Order for sale Proceedings; boundary disputes; freeholder/leaseholder disputes including forfeiture issues; residential construction disputes and Proceedings; and neighbour disputes such as Airbnb and noise issues, to name a few.

I have been recommended in the Legal 500 for both 2022 and 2023 and seek to offer practical and supportive advice to clients at the outset of their case.

Outside of work, I am a keen sportsman, following the misfortunes of Chelsea and playing golf and tennis on a regular basis. I will also be found roaming the Dorset countryside with my wife, little girls and cocker spaniel.
