I am a legal advisor working in the private client department of Porter Dodson. I joined the firm in March 2014. Since then I have established a strong client base advising on all matters in relation to funding for care and the management of affairs.

I have had recent success with appeals against the NHS, securing substantial refunds for my clients who have been wrongly charged for their care. I have also secured funds retrospectively for Executors of Estates. I am continually involved in ongoing applications for Continuing Healthcare Funding.

I have dealt with a number of Deputy applications to the Court of Protection, appointing both relatives and partners of the firm. I also manage a number of files whereby the clients have appointed the firm to act as attorneys and I am responsible for the registration of both Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

I realise how important the preservation of assets is to our clients and how they are entitled to the best available care, whilst being supported financially wherever possible. I am therefore able to give a personal approach looking into individual cases in a caring and considerate manner.
