Bio

I joined the Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts team at the Yeovil Office as a Trainee Legal Executive in 2001, moving to the Sherborne office in October 2010. I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2011.

My expertise is in providing advice to individuals and families in the drafting and preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Orders together with the Administration of Legal Estate.

My experience and expertise enables me to guide my clients to achieve their best solution in what can be complicated and emotional legal matters.

Having been resident and in practice in the Yeovil and Sherborne areas for many years, my knowledge and experience of local businesses and service providers has proved helpful to a number of my clients and enhanced the client relationship.

I have been appointed as one of the Trustees of The Sherborne Classic Cars Charitable Incorporated Organisation.

We had an initial meeting with Lesley in which she described how we needed to proceed to make alterations to our wills and to create LPAs. After a long delay on our part, we returned to complete the process. At no point did we feel under any pressure and everything was fully and clearly explained. The process of completing the signatures was made more complex and slow by the pandemic but it was eventually completed, again without any pressure from Porter Dodson.
