I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 having completed my training with a firm in Nottingham, where I worked as part of the corporate team for a further five years.

Following a round the world trip, I worked with a firm in Reading for a number of years before making the move closer to home and joining Porter Dodson as a partner in 2012.

I have extensive experience on the full range of business services, having worked with a broad range of businesses, ranging from local sole traders, partnerships and small owner-managed companies to larger regional, national and international corporates.

My experience allows me to ease the legal process for my clients. I work with clients to understand their business and objectives so that I may deliver high quality focused advice and solutions relevant to their needs.

I seek to build a strong personal relationship with my clients. I am the direct point of contact on all of my client work and, based in Taunton, I am on hand to meet with clients in any of our offices or at their preferred locations, as and when required.

I am also recommended in the latest Chambers & Partners UK and Legal 500, as an expert in my field, and was named as a Leading Partner in the Legal 500 2026 guide.
