I joined Porter Dodson in 2021 straight after graduating from the University of Exeter and spent two years working as a Senior Paralegal in our Private Client department. I completed my training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in March 2026, continuing my career within the Private Client team.
I have an LLB Law degree from the University of Exeter and a First-Class Master’s degree in Law. I have completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE) and achieved a distinction in the STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estate Administration. I am now studying towards the STEP Diploma, further strengthening my technical expertise within the Private Client field.
I specialise in Wills, estate administration and probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I take a supportive and straightforward approach, helping clients navigate what can sometimes feel like complex or unfamiliar processes. I aim to guide individuals and families through what can often be sensitive or emotional situations, helping them plan for the future with confidence and peace of mind.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, baking, and playing netball, and have recently completed my first half marathon.
I want to say a huge thank you, you have been absolutely brilliant in both my sale and purchase. I have so appreciated all your kind advice and knowledge, it has made such a difference and it is so appreciated.
Easy to deal with at a stressful time.
As executors we instructed Zara and Ellice to act for us in the sale of a bungalow; we were impressed by their professionalism throughout and were kept up to date at every stage. Their friendly approach and knowledge made the process much easier.
