I joined the Porter Dodson Corporate Commercial team early in 2024 and advise on a range of corporate and commercial matters.

Since qualifying in 2007, I spent 7 years in a regional law firm advising on corporate transactions, finance, restructuring and joint ventures. I subsequently spent 9 years within fast growth technology companies advising on a range of commercial and international matters and brand protection as General Counsel. More recently I lectured on mitigating business risk and raising finance for fast-growth business at the University of Exeter. 

My advice is pragmatic and tailored to the size, sector and management approach of each client.
