Introduction

We act on a wide range of other applications that may need to be made to the Court of Protetion concerning a person’s finances or health

  • Advising attorneys and deputies on lifetime gifts on behalf of the vulnerable person and assisting with Court applications where necessary
  • Dealing with trust issues where there is a mentally incapable trustee and/or beneficiary
  • Applications to sell a property belonging to a vulnerable person 
  • Health and welfare disputes for example, where there is a disagreement about where the person, who lacks capacity, should live or what care and support they should be receiving.
